- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the development of design documentation for the task titled: Reconstruction of municipal road no. 121015Z ul. Wiatraczna in Stare Bielice., 2) As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare design documentation containing:the following elements: a) Map for design purposes with legal boundaries, b) Geotechnical documentation, drilling and geological research, c) Materials and activities related to the division of plots (without stabilization of boundary points in the field), d) Construction design along with the decision to permission to implement the investmentroad (ZRID), e) Permanent traffic organization design with approval, f) Traffic organization design for the construction period with approval, g) Materials necessary in the public procurement procedure: technical specifications, bill of quantities, investor's cost estimate, executive projectall industries., ATTENTION!, The study is subject to consultations and arrangements with the Provincial Road Authority in Koszalin and is to be consistent with the preparation of documentation for changes in traffic organization on provincial road 112 on the section including Wiatraczn Street.
