Description:
The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation along with obtaining the final decision on the building permit and providing author's supervision over the implementation of construction works covered by the documentation in the scope of the task titled: Adaptation of part of the building at ul. 3 Maja 41 in Sosnowiec for the Szko Championships Sports facility for basketball players with boarding facilities. The description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). The OPZ includes the documentation necessary to prepare the design documentation that is the subject of this order and the documentation necessary to obtain by the Contractor replacement permit for the land development project.
