1. The subject of the order is: "DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN DOCUMENTATION OF THE TRAM ROUTE TO PODOLANY - STAGE I (TO UL. DOJAZD) INCLUDING AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION [POZNAŃ]" - procedure number PIM/10/25/ZP71/2025-457.
214 section 1 point 7) of the Act Pzp (up to 50% of the value of the basic order) in the event of the circumstances referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the mentioned contracts will be similar services, consistent with the subject of the basic contract. The Ordering Party anticipates awarding this type of contracts in in particular, when there is a need and/or need to perform scopes of work not currently included in the scope of the basic order, and the performance of which will be possible by repeating services similar to those provided for in the scope of the basic order.
