The subject of the order is: "Development of digital services at the District Hospital in Wodzisław Śląski", implemented as part of Investment D1.1.2: "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system", in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the procedure if public funds the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it. 1. The subject of the order is: "Development of digital services in the District Hospital in Wodzisław Śląski", implemented as part of Investment D1.1.2: "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system", in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2.
