Description:
1. The subject of the order is carried out as part of the project entitled "Development of digital services, improvement of data security and integration of hospital systems at the Hospital of Bytow County Sp. z o. o. as part of Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" which is an element of component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" of the KPO.
2. The aim of the project is to comprehensively digitize medical and administrative processes as well as to streamline the functioning and improve the quality of medical care provided in the Hospital by expanding and integrating the healthcare provider's IT system (SSI) and implementing solutions that increase the level of cybersecurity.
3. The subject matter of this tender procedure is:
a.Integration and expansion of the healthcare provider's IT systems: includes delivery of hardware and software necessary to expand the currently used Hospital Information System (SSI) with new functionalities and the EDM Module with additional documents.
b.Digitization of medical records important from the point of view of treatment and prevention: includes the delivery of the tool for digitization of medical records.
c. Actions increasing the level of security: delivery, installation and configuration of equipment necessary to ensure an appropriate level of protection of the facility against cyber threats.
