In the field of work is on emergency Development by the contractor of a 3-war urban-architectural concept (hereinafter referred to as the concept) in the area of an investment intention, then on the basis of the selected variant approved by the Ordering Party (construction and executive projects, technical specifications of the execution and acceptance of ROBT as well as the predominant and investor's cost estimate) along with obtaining all opinions, consciously, allow and other documents required by specific provisions and necessary for the construction of planned facilities, in all necessary industries. For the developed documentation, the Contractor will obtain the final decision of the permit for the building on behalf of and for the contracting authority.
