Krtk. Description of the subject of the order: I. The reference range includes the implementation of: implementing the study. A urban adaptation plan for climate change for the KDzierzyn-Koło commune to 2030r. and conducting a strategic procedure for the environmental impact assessment (see 1 section 2 of PPU), in accordance with the guidelines specified in the latest adaptation of the adaptation for cities issued by the Ministry of the environment. MPA would be a strategic document, the basis for the weighting of a city decision that would take into account the threats resulting from climate change. MPA should indicate adaptation activities leading to limiting the negative consequences of climate change and the use and strengthening of positive effects. As part of the development of MPa, the analysis must be made to resolve that adaptive actions will be the most favorable for the city, in particular to improve the quality and safety of his resident.
