A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the development of a document entitled: Plan of sustainable mobility of the city of Opole Agglomeration (hereinafter: PZMM AO or Plan) together with the consultation of social documents and the strategic assessment of environmental impact.1) The plan of sustainable mobility of the Municipal Opole Agglomeration plan should Complete with the current state of knowledge and legal requirements and tailored to individual needs and contracting conditions. PZMM AO will contain an analysis of strategic areas indicated in the SCOPING Report, as described in the order description Annex 1 to SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to make the Sao members and the stakeholders of the in-depth analysis of the areas of the areas, their possible complement and proposing analytical products to each of them.
