Konkts description of the subject of the skew: 1. The subject of the fall is the removing consisting in the development of the document entitled Plan of the rapid mobile of the urban urban area of the wealth (hereinafter referred to as PZMM Mof Zamocia) along with the strategic assessment of the environmental impact on the environment, the urban functional area of the wealth includes the city of Zamo - as a core oroda and Wiejsk Zamo communes - as external zones of the municipal functional area. The basic goal of the fall is to prepare PZMM MOF Zamocia, which will be consistent with the current state of knowledge and law requirements, as well as tailored to individual needs and conditional ordering. PZMM MOF Zamocia should comprehensively include all forms of movement and interactions between transport and spatial development. He should comprehensively take into account infrastructure, organizational and operational issues, building complexes of the logic of changes - and not just planning infrastructure. He should be reduced to the negative impact of transport to the environment, climate and people, by providing the participation of the pedestrian of the Rodkw transport (public transport, bicycle, pedestrian communication) and reducing demand ...
