A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is the development of project and cost estimate documentation for the investment entitled: Reconstruction and expansion of student houses: Ziemowit, Piast, Rzepich together with the adaptation of rooms on the premises of health clinics and the development of the surrounding area ".2. Deadline for execution of the contract: - up to 2 months from the date of conclusion of the contract: Development of a construction project and submitting it in UM Gliwice, - up to 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract: provide the Ordering Party of complete design and cost-estimate documentation together with obtaining a building permit. For obtaining a building permit, the Employer provides 65 days according to KPA.
