Development of technical documentation of a multi -branch commercial building located in Poznań at pl. Kolegiacki 12A covering the renovation of water and sewage installations, central heating, ventilation and electrical installation to adapt toilets for the needs of disabled people on the ground floor and the 3rd floor of the building. War: The contracting authority requires that the contractor show that in the last 3 years before the deadline for submitting offers he has performed at least one service consisting in the development of project documentation, the subject of which was renovation or modernization or reconstruction or extension building for an amount of not less than PLN 6,000.00 gross. In order to meet the condition, the Contractor should submit the current Annex 1 on the date of submission of the offer, i.e. a list of services performed in the last 3 years, and if the period of conducting the business is shorter - during this period, along with the subject of the subject, dates of performance and entities for which the services were provided together with the evidence specifying whether these services were performed duly, with the evidence in question are references or other documents prepared by the entity for which the services were performed, and if the contractor with reasons beyond his control cannot be obtained by these documents- the contractor's statement.
