- 1. The subject of the order is the service "Development of documentation entitled Construction of a flood reservoir as part of the investment: regulation of the silver stream of km 0+000-12+167 city Elbląg Milejewo commune, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship":
1.1 subject of the basic contract (hereinafter: Basic or "basic task") is a service consisting in making project documentation together with obtaining all the necessary opinions/arrangements/permits/decisions enabling investor supervision and ordering construction works related to the implementation taskThe flood reservoir as part of the investment: Adjusting the silver stream of KM 0+000-12+167 City of Elbląg Milejewo commune, voivodeship Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
The order also includes hydraulic modeling for the needs of the task. The purpose of modeling is to assess the effectiveness of the designed tankin the reducing of the flood wave in the Kumieli River in the city of Elbląg. A dry flood tank is planned on a silver stream (Kumielka), which is a tributary to the Kumieli River above the city buildings.
The implementation of the basic order is divided into the following stages:
stage I,Stage II, stage III, stage IV, described in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
1.2 The contracting authority provides in this order the possibility of using the option. The subject of the contract under the right of the options are the following services:
