- The subject of the order is to provide a service consisting in: 1) conducting a preliminary audit aimed at verifying the internal procedures in force at the Ordering Party, in terms of meeting the requirements resulting in particular from: a) the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, b) the Act of February 17, 2005 on the computerization of the activities of entities carrying out public tasks, c) the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 21, 2024 on the National Interoperability Framework, minimum requirements for public registers and exchange of information in electronic form and minimum requirements for electronic systemsd) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119 of 04/05/2016, p. 1); e) the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023 standard and standards related to the family ISO 27000, as well as the PN-ISO/IEC 22301 standards.
