The subject of the contract is: a) developing documentation of reconstruction, expansion and thermomodernizationDS. Babylon UAM, ul. Harvest Festival 9b in Poznań,
and b) under the right of the option - exercising author's supervision during works carried out on the basis of the developed documentation (optional order).
The subject of the contract was described in Annex 2 to SWZ. 95 of the ActPZP requires employment by the Contractor, Subcontractor or further subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the work covered by the subject of the contract, in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract constituting an attachment to SWZ. This requirement does not apply to activities covered by the subject of thisorders belonging to the scope of duties of persons performing functions: designers, in accordance with chapter 7 point 7.2 SWZ.
The Ordering Party does not provide for the obligation for the Contractor to serve a local vision or checking the documents necessary to perform the order by the Contractor. The contracting authority allowsOrganizing a vision for contractors. Participation in the vision is not mandatory.
The contracting authority does not provide for the award of the contracts referred to in art. 214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to subcontractors.
The contracting authority requires that the contractor indicate in the offerParts of the contract, which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and provide the names of any subcontractors if they are already known.
