Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to develop documentation for the task entitled Extension of the road No. 175 on the section Drawsko Pomorskie-Kalisz Pomorski together with the expansion of DP 1978z and the construction of a bridge on the Brzeźnicka Węgorz in Oleszno.
2. The value of the documentation covered by the order:
1) construction projects with with the decision to permission to implement a road investment;
2) executive projects;
3) investor cost estimate, bill of quantities, SST;
4) decision on environmental conditions together with a report on the environmental impact of the environment (if required);
5) technical concept;
6) Documentation geotechnical conditions for foundation of building objects;
7) materials and activities related to the acquisition of real estate (plots after the division intended for the road lane of the provincial road);
8) a design of a permanent traffic organization with approval;
9) a traffic organization project for the time of construction with approval;
10) stabilization of new borders in the field along with the adoption by Podgik reports from geodetic works (plots after the division intended for the road lane of the provincial road);
11) developing the whole in an electronic version (CD and USB memory carrier).
The subject of the order was described in detail in chapter C and E SWZ.
The project is planned for financing by the Government Fund for Road Development.
3. The contracting authority provides The possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in art. 305 point 1 in joke. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
