Description:
The subject of the fall is to draw up draft decisions on building and land development conditions and draft decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment for the area of the Nowa Commune Wielka Wielka, in accordance with art. 4 para. 2 of the Act of 27 March 2003 on planning and development spatial (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended), including: a) 350 draft decisions on building conditions in order to determine the method of development of the area and building conditions for the investment for the investment of not public purpose investments, b) 150 draft decisions on building conditions as in point IV.1.A),, repetitive for real estate arising after the geodetic division made within 2 years from the date of issue of building conditions for real estate before the division, c) 15 draft decisions on determining the location of the public purpose investment, d) 15 draft decisions changing decisions on building conditions and Decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment, e) 2 projects of decisions on building conditions regarding the building, referred to in art. 29 para. 1 point 1a of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law.
