Development of a draft decision on building and land development conditions (Article 60 (4) of the Act on spatial planning and development) together with from the analysis of the conditions and the principles of land development as well as its development and the facts and legal status of the area, which is expected to implement investment (Article 53 (3) of the Act on spatial planning and development) and the necessary analyzes and results of these analyzes, which are referred to in the ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of 26 August 2003 on the method of determining, requires the new development and land development in the case of lack of local spatial development plan (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1116, as amended) and the ordinance of the Minister of Infrastructure of 26 August 2003 on the marking and naming used in the decision to determine the location of the public purpose investment and in the decision on the terms buildings (Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 164 item 1589) together with the graphic ones to the project of decisions, analysis and analysis - after vision in the field. 2.
