- Description:
- As part of Task No. 1, the Contractor will perform a draft development strategy of the Jedlina -Zdrj Commune for 2025 - 2035 in accordance with the mode and schedule specified in Resolution No. III/14/24 of the City Council of Jedlina -Zdrj of 26 June 2024, amended Resolution No. XI/73/25 of the Jedlin City Council - Health of March 5, 2025 with the consultation procedure to art. 10f para. 1 of the Act of March 8, 1990 on municipal self -government. In the scope of task No. 2, the Contractor shall perform a draft of the Obst he plan to the commune, referred to in art. 13a of the Act on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 977, as amended). The study concerns the entire area of the Jedlina-Zdrj commune within its administrative borders. The area of the Jedlina-Zdrj commune is 17.45 km2.
