Description:
1. The subject of the order is the task titled: Preparation of a draft general plan for the area of the Burzenin Commune referred to in Art. 13a of the Act on Spatial Planning and Development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended) and participation in activities related to the preparation and adoption of the plan general. The study area covers approximately 12,035 ha. The area covered by the study is the area within the administrative boundaries of the Burzenin Commune in accordance with the Resolution of the Burzenin Commune Council No. LXVII/495/2024 of January 18, 2024 on the commencement of the preparation of the Burzenin Commune general plan.2. Range the subject of the order includes in particular: 1) preparation of an ecophysiographic study, 2) analysis of applications from natural and legal persons and those submitted by bodies and institutions, including: - preparation of a list of these applications, - preparation of proposals for their consideration along with justification, - preparation a list of responses to bodies and institutions of specific acts and other institutions and units informed about joining the plan
