- CZ I: Development of the project of the Siewierz commune: 1) the subject of the Claw in honor and is to develop a project of the Ogownych Siewierz Commune (hereinafter referred to as Pog), which is referred to in art. 13a of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130 from d.). The subject of the felling includes in the: a) drawing up the forecast of the impact on the environment for the project of the Celebrity Plan, b) drawing an ecophysiographic study for the purposes of the pretty plan, c) developing spatial data to the shaved plan, in accordance with art. 67a of the Planning Act and spatial development, d) execution of the balance of the surface area of the planning zones designated in the well-plan (in ha, up to 2 decimal places) .2) The subject of the plait should be drawn up along with necessary analyzes, in accordance with the provisions of:- Act of 27 March 2003 on planning and spatial development (vol.
