Description:
3.1 The subject of the plan is to draw up a draft warning plan of the Sulejw commune in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 27, 2003. on spatial planning and development, and in a puppy with the provisions of art. 13a K and 13m, as well as executive provisions to this Act, including: 1) an existing assessment development and drawing up the balance sheet of areas intended for buildings, 2) developing a project plan draft, 3) substantive preparation of formal and legal documents (required by law, notification, cuddle and announcements: about proceeding to social consultation over the draft plan and other necessary as part of the subject of the Classification, messages regarding the development of the plan of the plan, a set of opinions and agreement as well as for cooperation in conducting the procedure and documentation of planning works), 4) preparation of materials and letters in order to obtain an opinion and consultation, including the municipal commission urban and architectural, 5) participation in meetings, meetings in the event of taking circumstances justifying the granting of a removal or disposing of the need for such a disclosure, in bondage in agreeing and giving opinions on the project of the war plan with one thing ...
