Description:
The subject of the fall is the development of a draft of the shared spatial development plan of the Hrubieszw commune about which is mentioned in art. 13a of the Act on spatial planning and development (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130), for the area of the Hrubieszw commune with an area of 259 km2 (25,921 ha) and BRA participation in actions related to the preparation and adoption of the clamping plan, in accordance with Resolution No. V/31/2024 of the Hrubieszw Commune Council of August 27, 2024 on the access to the pre -drawing of the Oblite Plan of the Hrubieszw.PL Municipality, the fire should be drawn up in accordance with the applicable regulations, including in the puppies of: a) of March 27, 2003. on spatial planning and development (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130) and executive acts, including the ordinance of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 8, 2023 on the draft of the Commune's Conducted Plan, documenting work planning in the scope of this plan and issuing discharges and outflows from it (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2758), b) of the 3rd Smartor of 2008 on the provision of information about the environment and its protection, the participation of society in the protection of the environment and about the assessments of the departure on the family ...
