Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled "Development of the Ełk Commune through the armament of investment areas" covering the construction of municipal roads with lighting, technology channel, rainwater sewage networks, water supply network, sanitary sewage network, reconstructioncollision weapons located in the commune Ełk, Ełk poviat, voivodeship Warmian -Masurian Voivodeship as part of:
1. Strategic project of the Ełcki Investor Port - construction of the MOF Ełk Economic Brand
2. Program of the Polish Government Fund Order: Strategic Investment Program
The order consists in:
1) execution of workproject together with obtaining the necessary opinions, arrangements, preparation of materials for submitting an application in order to obtain a permit of the competent authority to start construction works and obtain other administrative decisions necessary to implement the investment task in questionbased on the functional and utility program (PFU) and relevant legal provisions,
2) obtaining the final or with rigor of enforceability of the decision to permission to implement a road investment hereinafter referred to as a separate power of powerContractor,
3) execution of construction works on the task on the basis of design documentation developed by the Contractor, Technical Specification and Receipt of Construction Works (STWIORB) and appropriate law,
