Development of an executive design and execution of construction works on the section LOT B1_1 Sitkowka Nowiny - Miąsowa (without the station) from km 196.095 to km 218.129 as part of the investment project entitled: "Works on....
1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of works for a double-track railway line No. 8 on the section from km 196.095 to km 218.129.
The entire subject of the order includes the execution of:
1) replacement design, construction, executive, technological and as-built documentation, including obtaining replacement administrative decisions, consents, agreements, opinions and extensions of the obtained arrangements and conditions issued by the network and infrastructure operators necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and implementation of the subject of the order;
2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order on the basis developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party's construction and executive design documentation referred to in the above-mentioned point 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the Agreement and all activities required by law;
3)conducting a conformity assessment of each structural subsystem covered by the scope orders at every stage of design, construction and final testing of the subsystem
4) optional orders, hereinafter referred to as the Interface Option, regarding the implementation of changes in interface railway traffic control devices under the conditions specified in point No. 5 of the FUP entitled: "Expected changes in the scope interfaces".
