Development of an executive design and execution of construction works on the section LOT B1_1 Sitkówka Nowiny - Miąsowa (without the station) from km 196.095 to km 218.129 as part of the investment project entitled: "Works on.... 1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of works for the double-track railway line No. 8 on the section from km 196.095 to km 218.129. The entire subject of the order includes the execution of: 1) design, replacement construction, executive, technological and as-built documentation along with obtaining replacement administrative decisions, consents, agreements, opinions and extensions of obtained arrangements, conditions issued by network and infrastructure operators necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and implementation of the subject orders; 2) all construction works in accordance with the scope of the order on the basis of the design and construction documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Ordering Party, referred to in the above-mentioned. point 1, and all works preparatory steps necessary to perform the scope of the Agreement and all activities required by law; 3)conducting a conformity assessment of each structural subsystem covered by the scope of the contract at every stage of design, construction and final testing subsystem 4) optional orders, hereinafter referred to as the Interface Option, regarding the implementation of changes in interface railway traffic control devices under the conditions specified in point No. 5 of the FFU entitled: "Expected changes in the scope of interfaces".
