1. The subject of the contract is the development of executive projects as well as correction and updateowned documentation for the project "Construction of the tram route to Gocław" together with technical support and performing author's supervision.
2. In the scope of the order, the Employer has separated three phases:
a) Phase 1 (basic order) consisting in the development of executive projects and correctionand update of the project documentation held by the Employer to the extent described in the SWZ for the undertaking including:
-construction of the tram route to Gocław together with the accompanying infrastructure,
-construction of the tram-pedestrian and bicycle bridge and 3 pedestrian and bicycle lifts above the exhibition canal,
-Construction of a tram-fast viaduct and reconstruction (cavity) of the road system al. United States,
- Construction of the traction substation in the area of the intersection of ul. Gen. S. Skalski with ul. General T. Bora-Komorowski,
-Reconstruction of the existing Gocław bus loop to the tram and bus loopAlong with the construction of a traffic supervision point,
- reconstruction of road systems to the extent necessary to build a tram route together with the construction/reconstruction of road, walking and bicycle infrastructure in order to emerge a coherent, safe, safe, in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge (building art) and friendlypublic space users,
- removal of the collision of the existing infrastructure with the designed technical infrastructure and land use elements.
