1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of a full -branch design documentation of the investment entitled: "Reconstruction and expansion of the building together with the renovation and modernization of the rooms as well as the development of the area at 41 Mickiewicza Street in Szczecin for the needs of the Parliament of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and the Voivodship Labor Office" and performing author's supervision. The investment will be implemented on plot included in the land register under number 51 from the ΕrodmieΕcie 23 in Szczecin. The scope of the investment includes reconstruction and extension along with the renovation and modernization of the existing complex of local government administration buildings: the Sejmik of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship and the Voivodship Labor Office in Szczecin. Buildings are included in the municipal register of monuments in accordance with art. 22 para. 4 of the Act of 23 July 2003 on the protection of monuments and the care of monuments (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 840, as amended).
2. Description of the needs of the Employer and the characteristics of the ordered service, which is the subject The order was specified in Annex 1 to the OPW (preliminary description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter: "WOPZ")
3. Minimum requirements regarding the subject of the contract not subject to negotiations:
1) The subject of the contract must comply with the conservation recommendations of August 22, 2024, sign: BMKZ-I.4125.347.2024.WK.
