The subject of the contract described below contains the needs of the member and characteristics services, which is the subject of the contract, as well as minimum requirements for the description of the subject of the contract or the implementation of the contract, not subject to negotiations that must meet all offers.
4.1 The subject of the contract includes the development of full-branch building and performance documentation adaptation and modernization of buildings and land development at ul. Kielecka 45 in Warsaw for the needs of a special school, along with obtaining the required arrangements and decisions, as well as support of the Ordering Party in the tender procedure for the selection of a contractor for construction works.
In addition, the contracting authority in accordance with joke. 441 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the award of part of the contract under the option of options. The option of the option will be implemented on the terms set out in the contract and will include: the development of an interior design project with a list of equipment and an investor cost estimate, update of investor cost estimates and performing author's supervision during construction and assembly works.
