- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the development of full design documentation enabling obtaining a permit for the renovation and reconstruction of the Granary in Zawady, Zbuczyn commune. The aim of the study is to determine the functional and spatial layout of the existing building andreconstruction with the following elements: - adaptation of the attic for recreational and living purposes (community room, conference room), - adaptation of part of the ground floor for the art department, - adaptation of part of the ground floor for the agricultural department, - adaptation of a separate part of the ground floor for the needs of men's and women's toilets, At the same timeIn order for the granary to function properly, the existing infrastructure should be expanded with the following elements: - sewage water connection. for the granary, - biological sewage treatment plant, - comprehensive lighting of the area, - landscaping of the parking lot for cars, - electrical connection for reconstruction, Preconstruction and renovation of buildings must meet the requirements of applicable standards and regulations, especially in the field of safety and fire protection, as well as the conservator of monuments. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
