Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the development of a Functional and Utility Program and: preparation of geological and engineering documentation together with a geotechnical opinion for the area intended for the implementation of the Installation*, determination of the estimated value of the order consisting in the invitationdesign, construction, commissioning and initial operation of the Installation, verification and update of the financial model for the Project** held by the Ordering Party or creation of a new financial model for the Project, development of proposals for the conditions of participation in the procedure andbid evaluation criteria for the Procedure for selecting the Work Contractor. The developed documents will be used to conduct a tender procedure under the principles of the Public Procurement Law for the design, construction, commissioning and initial operation of an organic recycling installation.through the fermentation of bio-waste with the production of biomethane at ul. Zabraniecka 4 in Warsaw, which will be implemented in the Design Build formula based on the so-called you FIDIC.
