The subject of the order was divided into 3 stages:
Stage I: Development of documentation;
Stage II: Technical consulting at the stage of the public procurement procedure for the selection of the investment contractor;
Stage III: Technical consultancy during the implementation of the contract with the Contractor's Contractor at the Design Stage.
The adviser will ensure consultation with the Employer at every stage of the contract on significant elements affecting costs, construction, technologies and function of the object.
