The subject of the contract is:
1. SPECIATION OF DOCUMENTATION (studies):
a) of the functional and utility program (PFU) for tasks (locations) provided for implementation according to the design concept regarding the construction of photovoltaic installations together with technical infrastructure and energy storageThe city of Zielona Gora for the power supply to the urban rolling stock of electric buses (constituting Annex 1a to SWZ), in accordance with the requirements set out in art. 99-103 of the Act of 11 September 2019-Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended)-hereinafter "PZP Act" and in the RegulationMinister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of project documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works as well as a functional and utility program (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2454, as amended), according to the legal status of the day, inwhich expires the date of preparation of documentation,
