A brief description of the subject of the order: the subject of the order is the development of a functional and utility program (PFU) for the investment task under the name of the reconstruction of the Poviat Hospital Operation Block in Ryki "- in line with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 2 September 2004 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation , technical specifications for construction and reception of construction works and functional and utility program (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1129 JT). Design assumptions are set out in Annex 8 to SWZ - description of the subject of the order., PFU will be a document describing the subject of the order in the contract award procedure for construction works in the formula.
