Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to develop a functional and utility program (hereinafter. PFU) as part of the task entitled "Construction of a metropolitan bicycle path (Velostrady No. 5) connection Bytom - Tarnowskie Gory in the Bytom commune.
2. The order of the contract is divided into parts:
Part 1: Velostrada No. 5 - stage I
Part 2: Velostrada No. 5 - Stage II
Part 3: Velostrada No. 5 - Stage III
3. The contractor is obliged to develop separate functional and utility programs (PFU) regarding the construction of the Bytom episode of Velostrada No. 5 for each episode of Velostrada No. 5, including:
For part 1: 3 sets PFU (episodes 1-3)
For part 2: 5 PFU sets (episodes 4-8)
For parts 3: 3 PFU sets (episodes 9-11)
4. Progressed functional and utility programs in each part are to be prepared in a way that allows you to carry out the design and performance of works later separately for each episode.
5. The order of the contract and the manner of its implementation specifies:
a) Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ) for Part 1 - Annex 1.1 to SWZ
b) Description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ) for Part 2 - Annex 1.2 to SWZ
c) description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter OPZ) for Part 3 - Annex No. 1.3 to SWZ
d) Map TG. Expectable drawing for Part 1 - Annex 1.4 to SWZ
e) List of plots for parts 1 - 3 - Annex 1.5 to SWZ
f) planned provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ
