The subject of the order is the development of a Functional and Utility Program together with a Initial Concept and calculation of the planned costs of design works and planned costs of construction works for the investment task consisting in the implementation of design documentation and execution of construction, renovation and adaptation works regarding the modernization of multi-family buildings located in Bytom. The subject of the contract was divided into three (3) parts: 1.1. Part 1 - Program development functional and utilitarian for the building at ul. Ε»eromskiego 30 in Bytom managed by Bytomskie Mieszkanie as part of the task "Revitalization of Bytom Tenement Houses"1.1.1. The subject of the order is the development of a Functional and Utility Program together with a Preliminary Design The concept and calculation of the planned costs of design works and the planned costs of construction works for the investment task consisting in preparing design documentation and carrying out construction, renovation and adaptation works regarding modernization of a multi-family building located in Bytom at ul. Ε»eromskiego 30.1.1.2. The above documentation will be used to initiate public procurement proceedings for the performance of construction works in the system "design-build". 1.1.3. The development of the Functional and Utility Program should be preceded by the preparation of a Preliminary Concept and technical expertise. 1.1.4.
