- The subject of the fall is the development of the Oblite Plan of the City and Commune of Bogatynia designated by the administrative borders of the Bogatynia commune along with the planning procedure specified in art. 13i of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (vol. Journal of Laws of 2024 r. item 1130 from amended) and a strategic assessment of the environmental impact, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 3 Padziernik 2008 on providing information on the environment and its protection, the participation of the community in the protection of the environment and on the assessments of the environmental impact on the environment (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1112 from d.), in the manner and within the dates specified in the commemoration No. 2 to the draft contract, the scope of the study together with the work schedule "and ecophysiographic development. A detailed description of the subject of the polling is included in the specification of the conditions freezing.
