Description:
4.1. The subject of the fall is the task of Development of a project plan for the city and commune of Kamionka, which is mentioned in art. 13a of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130 of the pn. by drawing and adopting the war plan. 4.2. The study applies to the entire area of the city and commune of Kamionka within its administrative borders. The area of the commune is: 111.8 km2.4.3. Performing works related to the implementation of planning activities specified in the Act on Planning and Development spatial regarding the preparation of the project of the Cunning Plan of the City and Commune of Kamionka in accordance with the resolution of the City Council in Kamionka No. IX/58/2024 of 30 December 2024 on the preparation of the Ceremony Plan of the City and Commune of Kamionka, as well as inducement of procedures and issues specified in: a) Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130 of the pn.
