Description:
1. The subject of the skew is the removal of the development of the war plan, which is mentioned in art. 13a 13 HAPS of March 27, 2003. on spatial planning and development, for the city of Zgorzelec with an area of about 1600 ha, hereinafter referred to as the Ogl Plan of the City of Zgorzelec along with the drawingeco -ophysiographic studies, in accordance with Resolution No. 34/2024 of the Zgorzelec City Council of August 27, 2024. regarding the accession to the Obstyal City of Zgorzelec and participation in the activities of the city's Oblrzelec. 2.
