Description of the subject of the skew: 1. The object of the skew is the execution of a check consisting in the development of a preparing spatial development plan of the Jasionka commune, which is referred to in art. 13a para. 1 of the Act of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, i.e.hereinafter referred to as UPiZP.2 The area of the Jasionka commune within administrative boundaries - about 9681 ha3. Zakres of polish: 1) Preparation of the application in accordance with art. 53 para. 1 of the Act of 3 Padziernik 2008 Fr.providing information about the environment and its protection, the participation of the society in the protection of the environment and about the assessments of the aspiration to the family (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1094 of the north amended) to agree on the scope of the forecast of the environmental impact forecast, 2) developing a report on conditional analysis as well as the needs and molesdevelopment of the Jasionka commune, including: urban inventory together with the necessary documentation, conditioning summary of pedigree and infrastructure, the distribution of existing and planned facilities of social, transport and technical infrastructurew...
