Description:
1) The subject of the fall is the task of: developing the Obsty Plan of the Komnice commune, which is mentioned in art. 13a of the Act on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, i.e.) and participation in activities related to the preparation and adoption of the open plan. StudyIt covers the area of the Komnice commune, i.e. approx. 148 km2.2) the subject of the plait should be carried out in accordance with the binding law, including in puppies with the provisions of: a) the Act of 27 March 2003. on spatial planning and development (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130), b) regulationMinister of Development, Work and Technology of December 8, 2023. on the draft of the Commune's Cerea Plan, documenting planning works in the scope of this plan and issuing discharge and outflows from it (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2758), c) of the Act of 3 Padziernik 2008. On providing information about the environmentand its protection, the participation of society in the protection of the environment and on the assessments of the environmental impact (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1112), d) of the Regulation of the Minister of the Order of 9 Wroj 2002. on ecophysiographic development (Journal of Laws of 2002 No.1...
