4.1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the development of a general plan for the Lubartow commune, referred to in Art. 13a of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended) [hereinafter referred to as the PZP Act] and participation in activities related to preparation and adoption of the general plan.4.2. The scope of services includes in particular: 1. The scope of activities to be performed by the Contractor in relation to the preparation of the general plan includes: 1) making an urban inventory and assessing the existing state of development; 2) preparing a study ecophysiographic;3) preparation of formal and legal documents required by law related to the preparation of a draft general plan (draft announcements, draft notices, notices);4) analysis of submitted applications by natural and legal persons and those submitted by bodies and institutions, including preparation of a list of applications, preparation of proposals for their consideration along with justification, as well as possible development of a list of responses to the bodies and institutions of specific acts and other institutions and units informed about joining the p...
