DEVELOPMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE MILEJCZYCE MUNICIPALITYa) preparation of the General Plan of the Milejczyce commune in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 27, 2003 on spatial planning and development (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130), and in particular with the provisions of Art. 13a, 13b, 13c, 13d, 13e, 13f, 13g and 13m, which entered into force on September 24, 2023, as well as the implementing provisions of this Act, b) preparing a justification for the General Plan in accordance with Art. 13h of the Act on Spatial Planning and Development, c) preparation of spatial data for the General Plan in accordance with Art. 67a of the Planning Act i spatial development, d) participation in the procedure for preparing the General Plan, specified in Art. 13i section 3 of the above-mentioned Act, including social consultations referred to in Art. 8i, 8j and 8k of this Act, e) conducting a strategic environmental impact assessment, including preparing a forecast environmental impact of the draft General Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Act of October 3, 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024 ...
