- 1 The fire plan should be drawn up in accordance with the applicable regulations, including in the puppies of the acts of 27 March 2003 on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130) and files executive, acts of 3 2008 on the provision of information about the environment and its protection, the participation of communication in the protection of the environment and on the assessments of the environmental impact (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1094, as amended), as well as the requirements contained in the laws and regulations the subject of the contract and: protection of the environment, nature, monuments, water rights, protection of land and agricultural land, revitalization, etc. and the protection of personal data. 3. The areas of the study are defined in Resolution No. VI/40/2024 of the Murw Commune Council of 26 Wyrwar 2024. on the access to the preparation CONSTRUCTION Plan of the Murw Commune.
