Description:
1. The subject of the pollination is the development of the Oblite Plan of the Tczew commune within the administrative boundaries of the Tczew commune along with the participation in the activities of this study, which is referred to in art. 13 a of the Act on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended),Pursuant to the resolution of the Tczew Commune Council No. LXX/603/2024 of 15/03/2024 on the access to the preparing the Oblite Plan of the Tczew Commune and participation in activities related to the preparation and adoption of the Object Plan. Geodetic area of the Tczewwywywi municipality 17062 ha, including the area lined with localSpatial development plans are about 1798 ha. The area of the study covers the area within the administrative boundaries of the Tczew commune 2. A detailed description of the subject of the fall is included in Chapter V of SWZ and Zakzecznik No. 8 toSWZ.
