Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the development of a war plan, including the development strategy of the Turobin commune. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the skew is taken into account No. 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the skew. 3. The fire plan should be drawn up in accordance with the applicable regulations, including in the puppies of the acts of March 27 2003 on spatial planning and development (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130) and executive acts to this Act, as well as a resolution of the City Council in Turobin No. VIII/39/2024 of November 22, 2024 on the preparation of the Celebrity Plan of the City and the Turobin commune. 4. Scope and TRE development strategy of the Turobin commune should be in accordance with art. 10 e para. 2-4 of the Act of March 8, 1990 on the municipal self-government (vol. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1465 of the amendment) and the Act of 6 December 2006 on the principles of conducting development policy (vol. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 198).
