- 1) The subject of the plan is to perform planning services in the scope of: developing a spatial plan for the city and commune of Witnica, covering the area of the city and commune in borders in borders (area 27868ha) in accordance with Resolution No. VI/76/2024 of the City Council in Witnica of 26 in Witnica of 26 in 2024 in the case of proceeding to prevent the fog plan of the city and the Witnica commune, as binding regulations, in this in puppies: A.
