Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the development of the area at the Primary School No. 14 in Kalisz, including the unsealing of impervious surfaces, the construction of a retention reservoir with an irrigation system and a photovoltaic installation based on the documents specified in point 4.6 of the Specification of Order Conditions, hereinafter referred to as SWZ.
2. The material scope covered by this procedure includes comprehensive implementation of the subject of the order, in particular, among others:
1) demolition and dismantling works;
2) construction of an access road, maneuvering road, parking spaces along with places for people with disabilities and pedestrian paths;
3) reconstruction of the existing retaining wall (from Widok Street);
4) construction of an L-type palisade along the slope;
5) construction of permeable hardened surfaces;
6) construction of new impermeable hardened surfaces;
7) execution new stairs leading to the building and construction of a ramp for people with disabilities at the main entrance to the school building from ul. Mickiewicza;
8) construction of a polyurethane surface;
9) making a band of stone pavement around the building;
10) making a strip of mineral-surface resin around the benches;
11) construction of a "bare feet" sensory path with equipment;
12) planting plants, sowing grass, reclamation of the area after construction works, along with strengthening the existing slope with a geogrid;
