The subject of the contract is the implementation of project documentation together with obtaining all arrangements and permits and the performance of Based on this documentation, together with obtaining a permit for use (if required) construction works consisting in the development of the gerler area at ul. Ozimska-Reymont in Opole as part of the budget task entitled "Protection of biological diversity in Opole and the Opole agglomeration. The works are to be carried out in accordance with the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ), the functional and utility program and the model of the contract with attachments.
