Description:
1. The order of the contract includes the purchase and delivery of one zero-emission electric bus along with the equipment and the Plug-in mobile charger for the needs of public transport of the Bełchatow commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. Technical receiptThe bus contractor will present a certificate of type of approval in the offered bus powered by electricity issued by an authorized unit, in accordance with the Act on vehicle approval systems and their equipment of 14.04.2023 (Journal of Laws, item 919). No approval document will result inrefusal to accept the vehicle.
3. VERY WITH VEHICLE DELIVERY of the Vehicle The Contractor will provide the charging device via the plug-in connector.Plug-in mobile charger for the needs of public transport of the Bełchatow commune. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
