- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of services titled: "Development of greenery in urban areas as part of the Green Budget of the city of Katowice - Part 1"
2. The subject of the order includes:
1) Task No. 1 (in the basic subject of the order): provision of a service involving greenery developmentΔ urban areas (establishment of flower meadows) in two locations indicated in the SWZ,
2) Task No. 2 (in the basic subject of the contract) - maintenance and care of the subject of the contract referred to in point 2 subpoint 1) of Chapter IV of the SWZ - from the next day after signing the acceptance protocol for Task No. 1on November 15, 2024 and planting bulbs in accordance with the Project for Location No. 2 (Task in the table)j.
3) Task No. 3 (service covered by the option law):
a) maintenance and care of the flower meadows in the period from April 15, 2025. October 15, 2025 in the locations indicated in point 2 subpoint 1) Chapterwhite IV SWZ; in accordance with the attached design and cost estimate documentation for individual Locations,
b) maximum value of the option right - PLN 6,000.00,
c) the Ordering Party makes the exercise of the option right dependent on the financial possibilities allowing for its execution.
3. Subject of the order for the TaskNo. 1 and Task No. 2 assumes the provision of services for individual locations in accordance with the design scopes and included bills of quantities and includes, among others:
1) cleaning and preparation of the area for sowing a flower meadow,
2) sowing flower meadow seeds (Task No. 1),
